Work at the HBC is funded by individual labs and collaborations with research groups, institutions and companies.
The Core partners with a number of academic institutions and organizations to provide bioinformatics analyses and training to members of their community:
|As part of the Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health we work closely with our colleagues in the department and in the Program in Quantitative Genomics.|
|The core is also a member of the Environmental Statistics and Bioinformatics Core at the HSPH-NIEHS Center for Environmental Health.|
|The core serves as the Harvard Catalyst Bioinformatics Consulting group to support researchers within the general Harvard community and affiliated hospitals.|
|The core is a part of the Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics which serves members of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute community.|
|Through funding from HMS Foundry we can offer help and training to researchers on the quad at Harvard Medical School.|
The HBC support HIV researchers as part ot the The Harvard University Center for AIDS Research Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Core.
|The Dana Farber / Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC) contributes funds to the core's dedicated bioinformatics training program for DF/HCC researchers.|
