Meeta joined the Core in 2014 and during her tenure has pursued various types of NGS data analysis. Her expertise includes the analysis of epigenomics and transcriptomics data to understand the intricacies of gene regulation. Her current research focuses on approaches for single cell multi-omics and and establishing best practices for spatial transcriptomics. Meeta is a founding member of the Core’s Training Team and leads the training initiative at the Core. She is passionate about creating a community of practice at Harvard to enable researchers to independently perform bioinformatics analyses. Meeta has a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of British Columbia.
